Emutex is pleased to announce that we have released a new version of our ubiworx™ for IoT devices.
These improvements include:
-
An in-house NOSQL database solution to replace MySQL and drastically improve samples query through the REST API.
-
Various bug fixes and improvements
-
New Alarms panel, ubiworx™ now supports both system wide alarms as well as alarms based on rules.
NOTE: If you are after upgrading to 0.9.1 and are experiencing connection troubles with a message like "Can't connect to broker1.ubiworx.com", simply run:
sqlite3 /usr/share/ubiworx/dbase/vxf.db "delete from device_config where name='mqttClientBroker';"
You may need to run this under root user. This will remove the old broker hostname (broker1.ubiworx.com) and ubiworx will default to use broker.ubiworx.com instead.
ubiworx™ is our IoT software framework for embedded systems running Linux. ubiworx™ enables embedded systems to bridge sensors, actuators and machines with data analytics systems and smart phone applications to form complete IoT Gateways in Internet of Things solutions.
